A Little Art, a Little Nature and a Lot of Colour!

Welcome to my little creative corner of Northern Ireland!

I'm an artist and photographer living by the beautiful County Down coastline, where inspiration is never very far away. Whether it's the changing colours of the sea, an interesting little creature, or an idea that suddenly pops into my head, there's always something that makes me want to pick up a paintbrush or camera.

My Creative Life

I've always loved making things, experimenting with colours and trying something new.

My artwork is a bit of a mixture, really! One day I might be painting a colourful animal, the next I'm experimenting with textured acrylics or working on completely different craft. I love that about art. There are no rules saying you have to stick to one subject or style, and I certainly don't intend to!

Photography is another huge passion of mine. I love exploring places, discovering interesting details and capturing little moments. Including cats, seagulls and I do also get easily distracted and take some random photographs.

Anyone who already follows my adventures on socials will know I have a particular soft spot for animals. I have a cat called Gordon, but I also have a rather unusual feathered friend called Simon. Simon is a seagull who has become quite a character in my life.

What You'll Find Here ...

This page is where I hope to bring all my creative interests together. I'll be sharing my latest paintings, works in progress, photography, little discoveries and the occasional behind-the-scenes glimpse into what I'm working on. Some projects turn out beautifully. Others don't always make the grade.

And that's all part of the fun. A Little Shop That's Just Getting Started, and you might notice that my shop is looking a little bare at the moment! It is a work in progress and I have a million projects ongoing, so I'm gradually building up my collection of original artwork and will get them uploaded soon.

So please do pop back from time to time. You never know what might appear next!

Thank You for Being Here.
